In addition to the 5 original floorplans, we have also added our new Camden, Edisto and Hampton Cottages, and will be releasing our one-story floorplan soon! (The floorplan and elevation of the actual homes under construction may differ slightly from the plans shown on this site.) The Camden Cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths plus an upstairs loft which could be used as a home office or playroom, spanning ~1850 sq ft. The Master Suite is located on the first floor of this two-story plan, and the entire floorplan is very well-designed...cozy but not claustrophobic. Our cottage plan is perfect for those desiring to downsize their square footage without sacrificing quality, or for those who wish to build a new home at a great price right in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. The Hampton Cottage (not yet on this site...please contact us to receive a PDF version of the plan) is 1550 sq ft with 3 Bedrooms (Master Suite on first floor), 2.5 baths. Priced in the lower $300K's...very reasonable for high quality new construction located so close in town. The Edisto Cottage also has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with the Master Suite on the first floor. We are also finalizing our plans for a one-story 3 bedroom/2 bath home that will be priced at $274,900!
